We had all our social pages posting about this as we celebrated our customers who had left reviews along side with the associates they had left the reviews about!

I just did a post on social media inviting people to write a review. Even those not-so-great ones can be helpful!
Totalllly agree @nicole.radwanski! I think the not-so-great ones might even be more valuable in some instances.

I arrived late, but I would have loved to organize a day to thank our clients!!
We had a social media campaign to encourage patients to leave a review and flyers with QR codes in our clinics to leave a review.
@lauren.mccutcheon, we saw a slight increase in review volume, but it wasn’t as significant as I thought it would be.
I’ll have to gear up our teams for next year!
Didn’t really have the support I needed to implement what I wanted to at my dealership. But I hope next year, I can have more time to prepare and plan, as well as get some of my coworkers on board.
